Romain Roulette

Romain Roulette's work experience begins in 2005 as a Forging Category Sourcing Manager & Planner at General Motors. Romain then moves on to work as a Technical Sourcing Manager for the French Defense Agency before becoming a Category Sourcing Manager at Valeo Engine Cooling. From 2008 to 2011, they work at MilliporeSigma and Merck Group as a Metal Category Sourcing Manager and later as a Global Sourcing Manager. Romain then joins Merck Life Science as a Technical Production Procurement Supervisor, Head of R&D Sourcing, and Director of Sourcing Packaging & Medical Devices. From 2017 to 2021, they serve as the EMEA Procurement Director at Bausch Health Companies Inc. before being promoted to Executive Director - Head of Global Procurement. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Global Procurement at Bausch Health Companies Inc.

Romain Roulette obtained a degree in Ingénieur from INSA Strasbourg, specializing in Génie Mécanique option Ingénierie de Production, from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Albert Schweitzer and completed the Classes préparatoires Grandes Ecoles program, focusing on Math Sup PCSI / Math Spe PSI from 2000 to 2002. Romain also has additional certifications including Leading Innovative Change from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019, International Management Program from Merck Group in 2015, and a Green Belt certification from EMD Millipore.
