Astera Baban

Astera Baban has over 16 years of work experience in biomedical laboratory science and pharmaceutical coordination. Astera currently works at Bavarian Nordic as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist. Prior to this, they held similar roles at Amager og Hvidovre Hospital. Astera also worked as a Pharmaconomist Medicinsk coorinator at Rigshospitalet from 2009 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Trekroner apotek from 2005 to 2008.

Astera Baban completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicinske studier generelt at Københavns Professionshøjskole from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, Astera attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they studied Farmakologi, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree in this field.
