Camilla Hjorth Stræde has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Camilla is currently employed at Bavarian Nordic as an HR Director and Head of HR Business Partnering & Talent, where they oversee the implementation of strong HR business partnering and provides recruitment support to senior leaders.
Prior to their current role, Camilla worked at NNE - Novo Nordisk affiliate as the Head of HR Services, Rewards & Talent Acquisition. In this position, they managed a global team and was responsible for various HR functions such as HR analytics, HR legal, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and diversity & inclusion.
Before that, Camilla held the position of HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, where they supported two CVP MGMT teams and played a strategic role in driving cultural change and overall P&O agenda.
Camilla also has experience in leading HR and internal communication as the Head of HR and Internal Communication at Fibia, where they successfully built up a new HR function and implemented agile HR processes.
Additionally, Camilla worked as an HR Partner at Steno Diabetes Center; Novo Nordisk A/S Affiliate, where they provided HR support in various areas including talent management, organizational development, and recruitment.
Prior to their career in HR, Camilla worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Djøf, where they specialized in employment law, project management, strategic business development, and negotiation.
Camilla started their professional journey as a Consultant at Sammenslutningen af Landbrugets Arbejdsgivere, where they advised, negotiated, and lobbied on work environmental legal issues.
Camilla's earliest work experience was at Statoil, where they served as a Supervisor for a telemarketing-phoner-team.
Throughout their career, Camilla has demonstrated expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, HR analytics, change management, and employment law.
Camilla Hjorth Stræde obtained a Master's Degree in Law from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 1991 to 1997. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Jura at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1996 to 1997. In 2014, they attended the University of Copenhagen, where they focused on Organisational Psychology. Furthermore, in terms of certifications, they obtained the Pathfinder certification from Stifinder in June 2018 and the MBTI I certification from Oxford Psychological Press (now The Myers-Briggs Company) in October 2012. In addition to their formal education, Camilla Hjorth Stræde attended East Haven High School from 1988 to 1989.
