Christophe Aeby

Christophe Aeby is an experienced professional in quality assurance, validation, and pharmacology, currently serving as Manager of QA Qualification & Validation and QA Compliance & Validation at Bavarian Nordic since May 2023. As Président fondateur of phageSuisse since April 2019, Christophe Aeby promotes the use of bacteriophages for therapeutic and prophylactic treatment of bacterial infections. In addition to roles at various companies, including a managerial position in QA Compliance & Validation at Emergent BioSolutions prior to its transition to Bavarian Nordic, and responsibilities in the protection of civil defense for the Canton of Fribourg, Christophe Aeby also possesses extensive experience in pharmacy management and leadership in student associations. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Basel, with earlier studies at the Université de Fribourg.
