Elisabeth Limbeck

Elisabeth Limbeck has a diverse work experience in the field of quality control. Elisabeth worked at Bavarian Nordic from 2017 to the present, initially as a Scientist and later promoted to Manager QC. In their roles, they were responsible for overseeing and managing activities related to Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Molecular Biology testing. Elisabeth also managed technical and scientific staff, represented QC-M in internal and external contacts and collaborations, and led the development, optimization, characterization, and validation of assays. Elisabeth conducted routine sample measurements and ensured equipment maintenance and sample management according to GMP guidelines. Elisabeth provided input to product specifications, justification of specification documents, and regulatory filing documents. Additionally, they supported audits and inspections. Prior to their role at Bavarian Nordic, Elisabeth worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at Universität Würzburg/Institut für Pharmakologie und Toxikologie from 2014 to 2017.
