Ida Hinding

Ida Hinding has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ida started their career as a Part-time HR Assistant at Bartels & Partners in 2016, where they provided customer support and assisted in event coordination. From 2017 to 2018, they interned at C-level management, conducting cultural analysis and providing recommendations for leadership activities at an undisclosed company.

In 2017, Ida joined Euronext Securities as a Strategy Execution Consultant, where they managed M&A programs, advised on problem-solving and developed leadership materials. Ida also served as a Project Manager, overseeing compliance and IT projects and promoting a healthy work culture.

Ida then joined LEO Pharma in 2021, initially serving as a Senior Transformation Manager in the Global Transformation Office. In this role, they supported the Global Leadership Team in identifying cost efficiencies and growth opportunities. Ida also played a crucial role in change management, strategy implementation, and stakeholder management.

Currently, Ida works at Bavarian Nordic as a Business Management Partner to the EVP & COO. Their responsibilities include executive support, driving key priorities and projects, and serving as a member of the Global Operational Management Team. Additionally, they are an Interim Program Manager responsible for integrating a newly acquired production site in Switzerland.

Throughout their career, Ida has demonstrated strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Ida Hinding's education history begins in 2010 when they attended ZBC - Zealand Business College and obtained a Gymnasieeksamen degree in Marketing & Innovation three years later. In 2014, they enrolled in Copenhagen Business School and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology, which they completed in 2017. During their time at Copenhagen Business School, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School in 2016. After their Bachelor's degree, Ida Hinding continued their education at Copenhagen Business School and earned a Cand.merc.(psyk.) degree in Business Administration and Psychology in 2019.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ida Hinding has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Ida became a Prosci Change Practitioner through Prosci in June 2020, obtained the ActeeChange certification from Actee in March 2020, and acquired the Prince2 certification from Teknologisk Institut in November 2019. Furthermore, they completed a Procesfacilitering certification at Copenhagen Business Academy in October 2019 and became a Professional Scrum Master through Ugilic in August 2019.
