Nina Petersen

Nina Petersen has extensive experience in various roles in the IT and digital marketing fields. Nina most recently worked at Bavarian Nordic as a Senior Manager, Administration Applications in the Group IT department. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Administration Applications at the same company. Nina also worked as a Project Manager for global IT projects in supply, manufacturing, and marketing. Before joining Bavarian Nordic, Nina worked at BASF as a Global Project Manager, focusing on technology projects under the umbrella of Digital Farming Platforms. Their responsibilities included facilitating discussions between the commercial and technology teams and ensuring the successful implementation of IT and digital technology projects. Prior to BASF, they worked at Bayer as the Head of Nordic IT-Digital M&S/IT Business Partner, where they played a consultative role in capturing and transforming business requirements into IT platforms. Nina also managed a team focused on digital adaptation and transformation. Nina's previous roles at Bayer included Nordic Digital Marketing Manager, Global Project Manager at the headquarters, and Nordic Market Coordination Manager. Nina also has experience working at Dell and HP as an Account Manager, as well as at Maersk Container Industry AS and LINAK A/S as a Project Coordinator.

Nina Petersen's education history starts with their high school education at Chapel Hill High School from 1995 to 1996. After that, they attended Aabenraa Business School from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a HHX degree in Business. Then, they went on to pursue a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, which they completed from 1999 to 2005. In 2011, they attended Hult Ashridge to participate in the Global Marketing Academy. In 2014, Nina attended the Bayer Leadership Academy for a Leadership seminar and the Bayer Global Academy for Project Management, both in the same year. Finally, in 2015, they completed another Leadership seminar at the Bayer Leadership Academy.
