Sengül Zulferovska

Sengül Zulferovska began their work experience in 2015 as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark. Sengül was responsible for assisting with the MSc. course that focused on technology, economics, management, and organization.

In 2016, Sengül joined emendo research and development where they held various roles. Sengül started as a Junior Scientific Consultant, then became a Scientific Consultant, and eventually an Assistant Manager. In these positions, they gained experience in project management, equipment qualification, method development, analytical method validation, and workshop facilitation.

In 2019, Sengül joined Bavarian Nordic as the Vice President of the Strategy Execution Office (SEO). Their role involved establishing the SEO department and overseeing the execution and management of global strategic initiatives, including post-acquisition integrations and pharmaceutical development programs.

Sengül also served as the Executive Program Director of the Integration Management Office (IMO) at Bavarian Nordic. In this role, they were responsible for managing the integration of two commercial vaccines and establishing the integration management team.

Additionally, Sengül was a member of the Advisory Board for Human Life Science Engineering at DTU Bioengineering from 2013 to 2015. Their role was to contribute to shaping the future of the field by proposing course and program changes and maintaining the quality and industry relevance of existing courses.

Overall, Sengül Zulferovska has extensive experience in project management, strategic execution, integration management, and teaching in the technology and life science fields.

Sengül Zulferovska started their education by completing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc Eng.) in Human Life Science Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. This was completed before the year 2013.

Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc Eng.) in Biotechnology from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.

In 2014, Sengül Zulferovska also attended San Diego State University, where they studied Biotechnology/Public Health, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree from this institution.

In terms of certifications, they obtained the Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC) Certified Professional (CMCCP) from The Center for Professional Innovation & Education (CfPIE) in June 2020.
