The Engineering Team at Bawah Reserve is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the resort's physical infrastructure and systems. This includes ensuring the functionality and safety of the overwater bungalows, tented safari suites, seaplane, and all other facilities across the 300-hectare property. The team also supports sustainability initiatives, manages utilities, and addresses any technical issues that may arise to ensure a seamless guest experience.
