Chris Lewallyn

Chris Lewallyn is a seasoned professional in global compensation and rewards with extensive experience in the biotech and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Sr Director of Global Compensation at Baxalta since July 2015, Chris has played a pivotal role in integrating compensation strategies during the Shire acquisition, developing a comprehensive Total Rewards Operating Model, and launching innovative global rewards programs. Prior to this, Chris spent over a decade at Baxter Healthcare as Sr Director of Global Sales & Incentives, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of sales incentive programs across multiple regions. Earlier experience at Towers Perrin as Managing Consultant further honed expertise in organization compensation strategies and incentive design. Chris holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
