Camilla's career began in the sports sector with the Federazione Italiana Tennis as an agonist from 2003 to 2009, evolving through various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Human Resources at Boniardi&Partners. Educational qualifications comprise a Post Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from Università degli studi di Enna "Kore," complemented by studies in English and an exchange program in France.
