Marcello Serra

Marcello Serra has extensive experience in quality management, currently holding the position of Quality Manager at Climaveneta since 2012. Responsibilities include claim management, continuous improvement, and the implementation of various quality tools such as QFD and P-FMEA, along with 8D training. Additionally, Marcello Serra has held the role of Quality Manager at Baxi S.p.A. since 2002 and has been a Quality Manager and Raw Material Logistics Manager at BAXI SPA since July 1998, where logistics management encompassed MRP, supplier relations, and warehouse management. Marcello Serra holds a Master’s degree in Production and Logistics from CUOA Business School, earned between 1996 and 1997.
