Shawn Steinkamp

Shawn Steinkamp has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shawn currently holds the position of Human Resources Director Business Partner at Baxter Auto since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Director Business Partner at North American Savings Bank from February 2021 to March 2022.

Before transitioning to the banking industry, Shawn had a long tenure at Walmart. Shawn held various roles throughout their career at Walmart, starting as an Assistant Manager in February 1996 and eventually becoming a Regional Human Resources Business Partner from July 2017 to February 2021. In between, they served as a Senior Director Of Store Operations, Market Human Resources Business Partner, Store Director, Co Director, and District Loss Prevention. Their time at Walmart spanned from October 2000 to February 2021.

Shawn Steinkamp attended the University of Central Missouri from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice.
