Deborah Williams

Deborah Williams has extensive experience in the healthcare field, specifically in laboratory services. Deborah began their career at Odessa Regional Hospital in 1980, where they held the position of Chemistry then General Supervisor until 1993. From 1993 to 2001, they served as the Director of Laboratory Services at Odessa Regional Hospital. In 2001, Deborah joined Baxter Regional Medical Center as the Director of Laboratory Services. Their roles at both institutions demonstrate their expertise and leadership in laboratory operations.

Deborah Williams completed their Bachelor's degree in Management at the University of Texas from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they studied Medical Technology at New Mexico State University from 1975 to 1980.
