Sarah Brozynski has extensive work experience in the field of education and workforce development. Sarah began their career in 1997 as the President/Director of Education at Education Services, Inc., where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services as a Reemployment Specialist. From 2011 to 2013, Sarah served as the Career Pathways Career Support Services Facilitator at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home. Following this, they took on a leadership role as the Director of Workforce Education at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Sarah's most recent position was as the Director of Education at Baxter Regional Medical Center, where they have been working since 2015.

Sarah Brozynski began their education journey in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Dominican University. Sarah then pursued further education, completing a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) at Arkansas State University from 2010 to 2013. Afterward, Sarah obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their academic achievements, Sarah also obtained certifications, including MBTI from CPP, Inc. in 2017, and became a DDI Targeted Selection Program Manager and DDI Facilitator through Development Dimensions International in 2016.
