Joshua Harris P.e., Ptoe

Joshua Harris, P.E., PTOE, serves as the Assistant Department Manager of Transportation Urban Design and Transportation Project Manager at Baxter & Woodman since January 2020. Harris holds a position as the Illinois Section Representative for the Great Lakes District of ITE, while actively contributing to ITE in various leadership roles, including Past President and President of the Illinois Section. With extensive engineering experience at Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc., Clark Dietz, Inc., and Civiltech Engineering, Inc., Harris has expertise in environmental documentation, traffic analysis, and roadway design. A graduate of Valparaiso University with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Harris's contributions to the field are complemented by roles in student affairs and event organization within the ITE Illinois Section.
