Nichole Schaeffer, PE, BCEE, serves as the Environmental Department Manager and Senior Environmental Engineer at Baxter & Woodman since June 2008, overseeing federally regulated pretreatment programs for industrial wastewater and NPDES permit compliance. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer in the Water/Wastewater Group at Smith Engineering Consultants from June 2006 to May 2008, an Environmental Engineer at Stanley Consultants from 2005 to 2006, and a Senior Environmental Engineer at URS Corporation from 2001 to 2005. Nichole began their career as a Staff Engineer at Howard R. Green Company from May 2000 to July 2001. Nichole holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Iowa.
