Samantha Acosta Pe

Samantha Acosta, PE, currently serves as a Bridge Engineer and Transportation Drainage Engineer at Baxter & Woodman since May 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Civil Design Engineer at ESCA Consultants from January 2018 to May 2021, focusing on structure and roadway design for IDOT Phase II highway projects and plan drafting in MicroStation. Earlier experience includes a Research and Design internship at Litania Sports Group, where load calculations for sports equipment were performed, and a Civil Engineering internship at WT Group, which involved drafting and site surveying. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2018.
