Alexis Huizar

Alexis Huizar currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Product Marketing at Baxter International Inc., a position held since August 2023. Previously, Alexis worked at Philips as Global Product Manager for Maternal/Fetal Monitoring from July 2021 to January 2023, and at Stryker from 2015 to July 2021, where roles included Portfolio Marketing Manager and Associate Product Manager. Early career experiences include retail management and training at Concourse Sports, as well as clinical roles as an Emergency Room Nurse Tech at Bronson Healthcare and various positions in medical support at Borgess Medical Group. In addition to these roles, Alexis played professionally for the Chicago Bandits and served as a long-term care ombudsman for the Area Agency On Aging Kalamazoo. Alexis began professional training in healthcare as a Home Health Aide for the State of Michigan. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Professions from Western Michigan University, attained in 2012.
