Jon Rushford

Jon Rushford is the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Americas at Baxter. Jon has over fifteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, holding various leadership positions in Operations and Technical Services. Prior to joining Baxter, Jon was the Vice President and Site Leader at Pfizer, responsible for overall site performance, quality, continuous improvement and strategic planning. Jon has also served as the Senior Director of Operations at Pfizer, responsible for a matrix organization including Operations, HR, Tech Services, Engineering, Op Ex, and more.

Jon Rushford holds a BS in Chemistry from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, an MBA in Business from Norwich University, and an MS in Engineering & Global Operations Management from Clarkson University.

Jon Rushford reports to James Borzi, Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer.
