Mikael Josephson

Mikael Josephson is an experienced software development engineer with a strong background in critical care systems and real-time software design. Currently employed at Avalon Innovation since May 2019 and at Baxter International Inc. since December 2013, Mikael has held various roles including Principal Software Development Engineer and Team Lead for the PRISMAFLEX System, utilizing tools such as C/C++ programming, Synergy, Doors, and HP ALM for software configuration and management. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Gambro, contributing to the development of the PRISMAFLEX System, as well as a software designer role at Bofors Defence AB, where Mikael focused on MMI real-time systems and software for automatic loading systems. Mikael's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Halmstad University and further studies at Cranfield University.
