With a robust portfolio that includes ownership of Matthew Morris Salon & Skincare, which has grown from 3 employees to 80 across three locations, Matthew Morris has demonstrated significant business acumen, achieving over 30% growth annually when not adding new locations. As the founder of the Matthew Morris Salon Scholarship Fund, Matthew Morris actively supports BIPOC community members pursuing cosmetology education.
