Hannah Carter

Hannah Carter's work experience includes being the Head of Learning and Development at BaxterStorey since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Learning Development Manager at BaxterStorey from 2022 to 2023. Hannah worked at Whitbread from 2019 to 2022, first as a Learning and Development - Management Learning and Skills Training Lead and then as a Learning and Development - Management Capability Specialist. Hannah also served as a Learning and Development Performance Coach at Travelodge Hotels Limited from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Leadership and Business Consultant at Coached By Carter from 2016 to 2017. Hannah's experience at Sainsbury's includes roles such as Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2016, Learning and Development Behavioural Design Specialist from 2012 to 2014, and Learning and Development Training Specialist from 2001 to 2012. Prior to that, they were the National Account and Licensing Manager at Elisabeth the Chef from 1999 to 2001. Hannah Carter attended Newent Community School from 1984 to 1991, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they obtained various certifications and qualifications. In 2005, they became an MBTI Practitioner through The Myers-Briggs Company. Later on, in 2021, they obtained a Certificate of Online Facilitation and a Certificate of Online Design from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute). Hannah also became a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in December 2021. Hannah further enhanced their qualifications in 2022 by becoming a Thomas International Trait Emotional Intelligence (TEIQue) Practitioner and a Thomas International Personal Profile (PPA) Practitioner through Thomas International. Their most recent certification, obtained in July 2023, is the Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights.
