Sean Marcs is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at BaxterStorey and as a CIPD Volunteer Mentor in the North East of England since March 2023. With a diverse background that includes significant roles in organizational performance and talent planning at Rackspace Technology, Sean has been a vital member of the Association for Coaching since May 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Virgin Active where Sean held multiple leadership roles, and a successful career as a professional dancer with various dance companies, including the Rosie Kay Dance Company. Academic qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from Wesley Institute.
