Anele Mngomezulu

Anele Mngomezulu is a Learning and Development Officer at JSE since November 2022, specializing in Skills Development, Employment Equity, and HR reporting. Previously, Anele worked at Hirt & Carter as a Learning & Development Practitioner, where responsibilities included driving the L&D strategy and facilitating internal training programs. Anele's earlier experience at Aspen Pharma Group included roles in Group HRSS Coordination, Talent Development, and Graduate Trainee, focusing on Employment Equity and leadership development. Anele holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences Honours in Industrial, Organizational, and Labour Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
