Kristen Soldati

Kristen Soldati has extensive experience in sales and leadership, currently serving as a Channel Sales Representative in the Property Management Division at Bay Alarm Company since January 2018, after progressing through various sales roles within the same organization. Prior to this, Kristen worked as an Office Assistant at Gold Country Hydraulic & Hose and as USA Coordinator for Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship (SAGE), where key responsibilities included organizing national events, training staff, and mentoring students. Additional roles involved training educators in the Philippines, supervising bakery operations at California State University, Chico, and mentoring college freshmen. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico, earned in 2016.
