Bay Area Air Quality Management District
Ada Truong is an experienced professional in environmental grant administration and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Grants Specialist at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District since June 2019. In this role, Ada leads the Charge! Program and other equity-centered electric vehicle charging projects, conducting data and spatial analyses to support priority communities and quantify air quality benefits. Previously, as a Grants Specialist, Ada administered programs providing funding for electric vehicle charger installations and incentives for reducing air pollutants. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Research Analyst at the Environmental Defense Fund, where Ada analyzed data to support project design and conducted visualizations for air quality mapping. Ada holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a focus on Environmental Impact Assessment from San Jose State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
