David Minuk started their work experience in 1993 as an Auditor at PageNet. In 1997, they joined Bay Area Air Quality Management District, where they held the positions of Senior Human Resources Analyst and currently serves as a Principal Human Resources Analyst.

David Minuk earned a BBA in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1981 to 1984. David then pursued their MBA with a focus on Finance and Transportation at The University of British Columbia from 1985 to 1987.
