Lauren Ludwig

Lauren Ludwig has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Principal Human Resources Analyst for Contra Costa County since September 2015. Previous roles within Contra Costa County include Departmental Human Resources Analyst II, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Analyst. Prior to this, Lauren was a Human Resources Generalist at People's Care from August 2014 to April 2015, where responsibilities included establishing the Northern California branch and managing full-cycle recruitment. Lauren also worked as a Lead Recruiter for Ascend Learning/Boston Reed from April 2010 to April 2014, overseeing the complete life cycle of recruitment and managing high-volume requisitions, as well as serving as Externship Coordinator, facilitating placements for students.
