Bay Area Air Quality Management District
Victor Douglas has a robust background in air quality management and engineering, currently serving as a Manager at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District since January 2018, after previously holding the position of Senior Air Quality Engineer at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Air Resources Engineer for the California Air Resources Board from January 1989 to October 2001. Victor holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering, one from the University of California, Davis (1977-1983) and another from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona (1985-1988).
