Denise Marica

Denise joined the Bay Area Discovery Museum in 2021, bringing with her more than 14 years of experience working for San Francisco cultural organizations and nonprofits. Prior to joining the BADM team, Denise served as the Development Director at Founders Pledge, a start-up focused on enabling increased philanthropy among tech Entrepreneurs. Denise’s professional background also includes a history of success with capital campaigns and fundraisers at area institutions such as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the San Francisco Symphony. In her work at BADM, Denise draws on a love for the cultural fabric of the Bay Area.
