Jennifer C. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Bay Area Hospital since August 2022. Prior to this, from September 2020 to August 2022, they worked as Nurse Leader- Director of Cardiovascular Service Line and Critical Care at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.

Jennifer also has experience working at Swedish hospital, where they held multiple roles. From March 2019 to August 2020, they served as Nurse Leader- Director Inpatient Services. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Grand Canyon University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Montana Technological University. Prior to their higher education, Jennifer obtained a high school diploma from Powell County High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Dare to Lead from Dare to Lead™ Trained and in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Experienced Provider (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
