BALRA's Objectives

1. To promote the quality, image, and reputation of the legal recruiting and law career services professions;
2. To promote the exchange of information regarding the administration and management challenges particular to legal recruitment and placement;
3. To educate legal organizations regarding the value and expertise of legal recruiters and career services personnel;
4. To develop educational programs, and to collect and share information of value to our members;
5. To support the goals and programs of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) where consistent with the goals and purposes of this organization;
6. To support the American Bar Association's Goal III, the purpose of which is to "Promote full and equal participation in the association, our profession, and the justice system by all persons."
