Jessica Fiore is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee proficiency. Currently serving as Senior Director of Learning & Development at Veev since 2021, Jessica has successfully conducted training needs analyses to identify key skill gaps, resulting in significant improvements in employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Prior to Veev, Jessica was Director of Learning & Development at Webcor, where leadership and professional development programs led to increased operational efficiency and reduced safety incidents. Earlier in their career, Jessica held roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Manager of Training Development & Delivery, where Jessica developed a comprehensive compliance and ethics learning strategy impacting thousands of employees. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay.
