Robert Colbert has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement. Robert started their career as a Law Enforcement Officer at Panama City Beach Police Department in February 1991 and worked there until May 1995. Robert then moved to Panama City Police Department, where they served as Deputy Chief from 1995 to 2011. In 2013, they joined Bay County Sheriff's Office as the Communications Director and later became the Chief of Operations in September 2017.
