Kevin P. Kerr

Kevin P. Kerr has been General Counsel and a Vice President at Bay Cove since joining the agency in August 2013. For many years before joining Bay Cove, Kevin had a general civil law practice with a law office in South Boston. The primary focus of his law practice has been all aspects of real estate law, including transactions, leases, litigation and government licensing and approvals. In addition, Kevin has handled various corporate and business matters for his clients.

Kevin has enjoyed a long relationship with Bay Cove, including a stint on the agency's Board of Directors during the 1990s. After leaving the Board, Kevin represented Bay Cove in many legal matters prior to coming aboard as General Counsel. Kevin graduated from Harvard College in 1979 with an AB cum laude in Economics, and from Boston College Law School with a JD cum laude in 1984.
