Olga Boruchovich, LICSW, currently serves as the ACCS Director at Bay Cove Human Services since April 2018, after holding the position of Assistant Director. With extensive experience in mental health services dating back to January 2000, Olga has supervised teams providing crisis evaluations and comprehensive support to adults and children facing mental health issues, substance abuse, and trauma. Previous roles include Assistant Program Director, Community Based Flexible Support Team Leader, and Senior Program Director within Bay Cove Human Services, as well as clinician and intern positions at the Boston Emergency Services Team. Olga's foundational work in psychosocial rehabilitation began at North Suffolk Mental Health Association. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology from Clark University.
