Md. Rokibul Hassan Khan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Md.Rokibul Hassan started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Research Officer at Nielsen Bangladesh. In 2008, they joined Bay Developments Ltd. as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, maintaining positive workforce relations, and ensuring legal compliance. Md.Rokibul Hassan later progressed to the role of Deputy Manager and Senior Assistant Vice President at the same company, where they took on additional responsibilities such as workforce planning, talent management, and culture and welfare monitoring. In 2015, they joined Edge, The Foundation as a Management Team Member, and in 2016, they became a Manager at Bistro E. From 2019, they also held the position of Manager at The Courtyard @Parkheights. Throughout their career, Md. Rokibul Hassan Khan has demonstrated their strong HR expertise and ability to effectively manage and lead teams.

Md. Rokibul Hassan Khan has a diverse educational background. Md.Rokibul Hassan pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American International University-Bangladesh from 2006 to 2008. In 1997 to 1999, they completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) in Commerce from Rifles Public School and College. Following their undergraduate studies, they obtained both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Anthropology from Jahangirnagar University from 2000 to 2008. In 2013, they attended Bangladesh Institute of Management, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM). Additionally, they pursued another PGDHRM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the same institution in 2013.
