Elissa Garcia

Elissa Garcia, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving in a Human Resources capacity at Gestamp North America and as the Manager of HR Operations for Bay FC, Elissa has consulted with C-Suite executives and implemented efficient HR systems for start-ups in the Bay Area. Previous roles include Independent HR Consultant at VAST, Human Resources Consultant at Ravix Group, and Human Resources Manager at Hogan Manufacturing, where Elissa established an HR department and developed essential policies and programs. Elissa has also held positions as a Senior HR Generalist at CEL and a Recruiter at Staffback, contributing to diverse HR functions and enhancing recruitment efforts.
