Jeanine Hayes

Jeanine Hayes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation and legal counsel. Since September 2011, Hayes has held multiple leadership roles at Nike, including VP of Global Innovation Labs, VP of Women's Innovation, VP/GM of Nike Ease, and VP & Chief IP Officer. Additionally, Hayes serves as a founding investor for Bay FC and is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Women's Hall of Fame since January 2021. Before joining Nike, Hayes worked at Yahoo! as VP and Deputy General Counsel from 2003 to 2011, and at Overture Services as General Counsel and IP and Litigation Counsel from 2001 to 2005. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science in Optics (Engineering) from the University of Rochester and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
