Joleen Palacios Castro

Joleen Palacios Castro has extensive experience in administrative support and event coordination, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Stanford University for Laura Carstensen, Ph.D., since June 2009. In addition to this role, Joleen has worked as an Administrative Associate, supporting multiple faculty and research groups within the Department of Energy Resources Engineering. Additional engagements include ambassadorships with San Jose Earthquakes Soccer, Bay FC, and Enchant, as well as being a wardrobe coordinator for the Cathedral of Faith's annual Easter production. Previous experience includes roles at Adobe Systems Incorporated and Synopsys, Inc., providing high-level executive support and managing various administrative functions. Joleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco and has completed an Event Planning Workshop at AcademyX, along with an Associate of Arts degree from San Jose City College.
