Adrienne Thomas

Adrienne Thomas currently serves as a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor at Bay of Plenty Regional Council since June 2021. Prior to this role, Adrienne held various positions at Rotorua Lakes Council, including Health & Safety Lead and HR Project/Support Specialist from May 2010 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes HR Consultant at Rotorua District Council, HR Advisor at Carter Holt Harvey, Senior HR Advisor at Tenon Manufacturing, and HR Coordinator/Manager at Fletcher Challenge Forests. Additionally, Adrienne worked as a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator at New Zealand Dairy Group. Educational qualifications include a New Zealand Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Employers and Manufacturers Association and a Bachelor of Management Studies with a focus on Management and HR from The University of Waikato.
