Diane Giampa Shrm

Diane Giampa, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and community engagement, currently serving as the Chief Community Engagement Officer at Bay State Savings Bank since October 1997. In this role, Diane oversees Human Resources, Marketing, and Training for the community-based mutual savings bank in Worcester, MA. Prior to this position, Diane held multiple senior leadership roles at the same institution, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Marketing. Diane's previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center and The Lipton Center, managing HR functions for biomedical research and mental health facilities, respectively. Diane holds an MBA in Marketing from Anna Maria College and a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross.
