Vicky Huang

Vicky Huang has extensive experience in the real estate and finance industries. Vicky started their career at TD as a Senior Risk Analyst in 2004 before moving on to Algorithmics, an IBM Company, as a Financial Engineer in 2007. In 2009, Vicky joined Bay Street Real Estate Investment as a Founding Partner and CEO, where they managed over $180 million CAD worth of residential and commercial properties. Vicky also worked as a Financial Engineer at RBC Capital Markets during this time. In 2015, Vicky co-founded Ubene Technologies Inc, a real estate rental marketplace that utilizes innovative technologies such as mobile internet, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Vicky also co-founded Paramount Global Mortgage Investment Corporation, which offers investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified and secured pool of residential mortgages. In 2016, Vicky founded Bay Street Group Inc., Brokerage, a fast-growing real estate company focused on serving the Greater Toronto Area. Additionally, they co-founded Lending Real Technologies Inc in 2016, the first private mortgage online marketplace in Canada. With their various roles and companies, Vicky is known for their commitment to customer satisfaction, technology and innovation, and building strong company cultures.

Vicky Huang's education history includes attending Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2013, where they participated in the Real Estate Management Program. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree at the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2005. During their time at the University of Toronto, Vicky pursued a Master of Mathematical Finance (MMF) degree.
