Sean Kiernan

Sean Kiernan has a strong background in project management and analysis. Sean started their career as an Intern in IT Project Management at Gulfstream Aerospace in 2012. In 2014, they joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Business Process Analyst, where they worked until 2016. During that time, they also worked as a Jr. IT Project Manager at Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. In 2016, they joined Bay Systems Consulting, Inc (BSC), where they currently hold the position of Jr. IT Project Manager.

Sean Kiernan attended Bearden High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Information Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Sean Kiernan obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in April 2015. Sean also holds the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in January 2021.
