Shannon Herbst

Shannon Herbst has a wealth of work experience across various companies and roles. Shannon is currently serving as the President of The Village Companies and has been in this position since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the V.P. of Business Operations for The Village from September 2020 to July 2023.

Before joining The Village, Shannon worked as the Director of Operations for Bay Tek Games from July 2017 to September 2020. Shannon also served as the V.P. of Operations for Wausau Equipment Company Inc. from January 2013 to July 2017, and for Super Products LLC from August 2008 to December 2012.

Shannon'searlier experience includes various roles at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, where they worked as an Operations Manager from April 2004 to August 2008. Shannon also held positions such as Production Coordinator / Manufacturing Engineer from January 2000 to March 2004, Manufacturing Engineer from January 1997 to December 1999, and Mechanical Designer / Documentation Technician from February 1993 to December 1996.

Shannon started their career as a Mechanical Designer at Oshkosh Corporation in June 1992.

Shannon Herbst has an associate's degree in Industrial Engineering from Fox Valley Technical College, which was obtained from 1996 to 1998. Shannon also has an associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chippewa Valley Technical College, completed from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, they hold a certification in CIMS - Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the same institution during the same time period. In 1989, Shannon obtained a diploma in Industrial Drafting from Chippewa Valley Technical College. Shannon also completed a year of junior education in Business Administration and Management at Lakeland University, starting in 2006 and ending in 2007.
