Anna Varga

Anna Varga is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Bay Zoltán Kutatóintézet since May 2022. In this role, Anna is responsible for developing and modifying HR processes, aligning HR strategy with business objectives, and planning internal compensation and benefits systems in collaboration with leadership. Previous experience includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist at Prohuman from January 2021 to May 2022, where Anna developed recruitment strategies and facilitated onboarding programs. Prior to that, Anna worked as an organizational psychologist at the Országos Rendőrfőkapitányság Hívásfogadó Központ Miskolc from August 2014 to September 2020, overseeing workforce needs assessment and recruitment selection processes. Anna holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Debrecen. Educational credentials also include training from the Hungarian Psychological Association between 2018 and 2019.
