Jeffrey McFeeley

Jeffrey McFeeley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Innovation and Regional Director of Recruitment at BAYADA Home Health Care since August 2020, McFeeley drives innovative hiring strategies. Additionally, as a Realtor with EXIT Homestead Realty Professionals since December 2020, McFeeley specializes in buyer and seller representation in Southern New Jersey, earning the 2021 Rookie of the Year Award. Prior experience at Comcast from 2003 to 2020 includes roles such as Sr Manager of Military Talent Acquisition, where McFeeley successfully led projects to meet significant hiring goals, and as Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, managing large-scale recruitment initiatives. McFeeley's career began at Aerotek as a Recruiter from 2000 to 2003. McFeeley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
