Jocelyn Lincoln is a seasoned marketing and talent management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at BAYADA Home Health Care since April 2022, Jocelyn leads a multifaceted team in digital and growth marketing, creative services, brand communication, and recruitment marketing. Prior to this, Jocelyn held multiple significant positions at Kelly, including Chief Talent Officer and Head of Global Business Planning, as well as Vice President roles focused on go-to-market strategy, talent supply chain, and recruitment operations. With a background that includes positions at Michigan National Corporation, DTE Energy, and Detroit Edison Credit Union, Jocelyn possesses a strong foundation in marketing strategy and execution. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Detroit Mercy.
