Lisa Anne Begley

Lisa Anne Begley is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at BAYADA Home Health Care since 2008, with prior roles including Associate Director of Role Based Learning and Instructional Design and Talent Development Consultant. Lisa has designed and delivered diverse educational solutions that engage learners through active participation. Additionally, Lisa serves as a Guest Lecturer at Wilmington University and has experience as a public speaker, notably during TEDx BAYADA. Previous roles include Instructional Design Specialist/Trainer positions at Reisman Consulting Group Inc. and Oki Data Americas, as well as a Manager of Documentation at Telesciences, Inc. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Georgian Court University.
